A twice-yearly market that takes over the town of Packwood on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, drawing hundreds of vendors from across the Northwest. Prices are for the whole five-day run Thursday to Monday, not per day — $200 across five days works out near $40 a day, which is competitive for the footfall. Add $45 per 5 ft beyond a 20 ft frontage, and $15 a day to arrive before Thursday. Space is assigned on arrival, with returning vendors placed near last year's pitch. Two events a year is exactly what Washington's free Temporary Registration Certificate covers, so a vendor who works only Packwood may owe no licence fee at all.
