Re-checked 2026-08-25: The operator's own site (portlandautoswapmeet.com) announces the Portland Swap Meet at the Expo Center is discontinuing: the hosting car clubs voted against holding a 2027 event and refunds for 2027 pre-registrations have been mailed, after over 60 years. The final event ran April 10-12, 2026 at the Portland Expo Center. The separate PIR Auto Swap Meet continues April 1-3, 2027 at Portland International Raceway; do not merge the two listings. Previous note: Billed as the west coast’s largest indoor/outdoor swap meet, and specifically automotive — vintage car parts, tools and collectibles rather than general resale merchandise. It runs once a year over three days in April at the Portland Expo Center, across 325,000 sq ft of heated indoor space and 350,000 sq ft outdoors. Booth space is booked through the event promoter rather than the venue. Included here because of its scale, but it is an annual event, not a weekly market.
