Why Via Trading?

Liquidate Now is Via Trading's very own merchandise liquidation platform.
Via Trading Corporation is a specialized liquidation wholesaler in the asset recovery business, serving major department stores, manufacturers, distributors and other businesses nationwide and helping them dispose of excess inventory. This inventory can consist of customer returns, shelf-pulls, new overstock, defective, brand new master case, scratch & dent, used, expired or short dated items.
Via Trading will always do its best to describe the merchandise as accurately as possible.
There are risks to buying Liquidation Merchandise - and it is not recommended that people purchase Liquidation merchandise, especially returns & defective goods without educating themselves first on the potential risks.
Via Trading assumes and accepts no responsibilities to those that experience losses of any kind as a Result of purchasing such Liquidation Merchandise. Any verbal, digital or written correspondence regarding working averages are only approximations and are not binding on Via Trading. Exact working ratios for goods which are not advertised as “new” are always unknown. Working %’s can vary greatly. All manifests that are given are approximate and done to the best of our ability. Manifest information is typically provided by the department stores. Discrepancies between product received and manifest may occur. Manifest values are at times portrayed as Cost, Wholesale or Retail. These values tend to be Original Values at the time item was bought or originally sold and do not always reflect current Retail or Wholesale Values.
Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold Via Trading Corporation harmless from any loss, damage, claims, suits, proceedings or demands of any kind including for injuries to persons, loss of life or damage to property occurring from or arising out of breach by Buyer of this provision (including any attorney's fees and costs incurred by Via Trading Corporation in defending against such claims).
ALL PRODUCTS (UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE) ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS WITH NO RETURNS, NO GUARANTEES, NO WARRANTY AND NO CLAIMS MADE AS TO FUNCTIONALITY OR MARKETABILITY.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Via Trading may arrange to facilitate shipment but responsibility remains with the buyer. Any claims for delays, damages, lost in transit or additional delivery charges must be made directly with the carrier responsible.
Export orders may be subject to additional inspection fees by US CBP, custom duties, tariffs, local taxes (VAT, GST etc.) as well as import restrictions. It is buyer's responsibility to inform themselves as to what those fees or restrictions may be in their country. Via Trading cannot take any responsibility regarding customs clearance of goods.
Customers who are purchasing goods from our facility have 48 hours to pick-up the goods. Via Trading reserves the right to dispose of or resell the goods if not picked up within 48 hours and/or may store products outside and exposed to the elements.
All orders must be paid within two working days. Failure to pay for an order in a timely manner may result in the order being cancelled and/or Termination or Suspension of your account.
Via Trading accepts multiple payment options including Wire, ACH, Bitcoin, Bank Deposit, Venmo, Zelle, Credit Cards & Pay Pal. Credit Cards & Pay Pal are subject to a 3% fee. Credit Card payments may be subject to further verification, especially if not shipped to the billing address.
During the auction, you can bid on any listing by entering a BID amount on the specific listing and clicking the bid button. Clicking the bid button is a final and binding offer to purchase the listing at the winning bid price
You acknowledge that you are bidding in a live auction and you agree that each bid submitted as provided in these terms and conditions is irrevocable and cannot be amended or corrected, even if submitted in error and notified to us. You accept full liability for all bids submitted via your Online Bidding account (including the liability to pay in full and on time in accordance with the Bid conditions for any lot that is the subject of a successful bid from your account).
Please note that Via Trading reserves the right to reject a registration to bid online, withdraw its permission for you to use Online Bidding, or terminate an Online Bidding account, for any reason at any time prior to, during or after a Sale.
Via Trading also reserves the right to remove any Auction Listings deemed to be inaccurate or for any reason at our sole discretion, be it before, during or after the auction.
Via Trading has automatic bidding which allows you to enter the Maximum Bid Price you would like to bid. If you are outbid, Via Trading will automatically bid in increments when needed, up to you Maximum Bid Price
Buyers Premium, if any, is the fee Via Trading will charge to cover costs associated with operating the Auction and will be indicated on the Auction Listing
Reserve Price, if any, is the minimum price required for the Listing to be sold. Reserve price is not always disclosed
Bid Increments can vary and are indicated in each specific listing
Extended Bidding is when the Auction Listing is extended by 5 to 10 minutes because of a bid placed minutes before the end of the auction listing
You agree to remit payment for all winning bids within 2 working days of winning the Auction.
Winning bidders will receive an email and options to confirm their preferred payment and shipping method. Once selected you will receive a final invoice with payment information based on your selection.
If the goods are in the same location and you have more than one winning auction listing to ship, and/or you have also purchased goods from our fixed price channel you can select to “combine shipping” at which point a shipping quote will be manually generated, added to the invoice and resent to you
Failure to remit payment in a timely manner or at all, may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
In order to provide you with liquidation merchandise from department stores at prices below cost, certain restrictions on sales must be met. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all these conditions are met. Failure to do so could result in account being terminated, suspended and/or significant fines being imposed. If buyer is not ultimate re-seller, then it is their responsibility to ensure that their customer complies with these conditions.
