Our Web Server automatically recognizes any visitor’s IP address and access type which helps us gather broad demographic information. No personal information is captured by our server unless you provide it to us when registering on our site.

In Via Trading Landing Page forms we may ask for your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Country and State and Company Type.
In Website Registration forms we may ask for First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, Merchandise Delivery Address, Phone Number, Cell Phone, Mobile Carrier, Fax, Language, State Tax Exemption ID, How you heard about us, Main type of business, if you already have an Account Manager with us, if you have previously worked with us, your website URL, years in business, if you have purchased customer returns before and what are you looking to purchase.
The information we collect is used to better serve our customers and to improve the personalized content of our website.
For example, if we know a user is located in the state of New York, we may show him “related products” that other customer located in New York purchased in the past. This is because we think him, as other people in the same state, might be interested in the same products.
We use 2 systems, AEM’s WebJaguar CMS and and own PHP application system, to manage this data.
Only Via Trading account managers and Via Trading team members can view this data, exclusively for operational and software improvement purposes.
You may supply us with your e-mail address by registering on our website or joining our mailing list or by sending us an email.
Either way, if you actively agree to, you may receive periodic emails or texts from us with information on new products, services or upcoming events. We do use Google Remarketing scripts that allow us to create Google AdWords ad campaigns in whichever website Google Ads are active, considering our preferences are set so the ads should only show up in websites which might be of interest of our customers.
