Taken from the market’s own website
San Jose's second market alongside Berryessa, and worth knowing precisely because Berryessa is under redevelopment pressure — if that site goes, this is where its vendors land. Spaces run $30 to $100 a day depending on the day and the pitch, so it is several times the price of a Berryessa weekend reservation and needs the footfall to justify it. On-site storage containers from 10ft to 40ft rent at $250 to $525 a month, which changes the economics for a seller who would otherwise haul stock every week. Run by West Wind Public Markets, the same operator as the Solano drive-in market in Concord and the Glendale and Reno swap meets in this directory. A San Jose business licence is required. Selling days and hours still to confirm.
