We have no minimum order - just 1 case, pallet or lot of your choice. We are open 6 days a week and emails are monitored 24/7. Your emails will be replied to in a timely manner and you will always have a human to talk to when calling during business hours. We know that selecting a new wholesale supplier can be a tricky process and we would like facilitate it as much as possible. Registering with Via TradingThough you can browse most of our website and products without registering, registered users can take advantage of additional features when logged in to their account. In order to place an order online or in person, you will need to register on our website. If you are visiting us in person, you will be able to register when you arrive on our touch-screen registration kiosks. Registration is quick & easy – simply click on the "My Account" link above and select "Create New Account." You will be asked to specify your email, select a password and enter some basic information. Registering with us is free. We have no registration and no membership fees, and registration takes no more than two minutes. Please feel free to chat live, call or email us should you need any assistance with your registration. OrderingOur aim is to make the process as simple as easy when it comes to placing an order with us. Orders can be placed:
In order to place an order online you must first be registered on our website. Once your order is complete, press the "purchase" button to proceed. At this time, real-time online shipping quotes cannot be provided for all orders. If you get a "call for quote" message as you are placing your order, please call or email us to get an accurate shipping quote or submit your order without a quote and your Account Manager will be in touch with you to provide you a shipping quote before you pay. Once your order is submitted to us, your Account Manager will be in touch to review the order with you and process it for shipment. We also welcome customers to our facility. Visit our warehouse anytime during our business hours 6 days a week and purchase the merchandise in person. Own pick-up is available, or we can ship the products to you for an additional fee. Payment information and instructions will be sent to you based on your preferred method of payment. Via Trading does not accept online payments. If you are a new customer and the order is being shipped within CA, you will also receive a reseller's permit form to complete if you have a reseller's permit. New customers will also receive our Conditions of Purchase agreement which you will need to read, agree to and sign. PaymentsVia Trading accepts several forms of payment including:
A 3% fee applies to credit card and/or PayPal payments, especially for lower margin loads and truckload purchases. In order to pay by credit card, you will need to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form that will be emailed to you once you place an order. Depending on the order amount, the types of goods being purchased and the destination of the goods, we may require additional information from you for the card holder's protection. Any such requirements will be communicated to you by your Account Manager. Overseas orders cannot usually be paid by credit card. Via Trading reserves the right to refuse credit card payments for certain domestic orders. ShipmentsOrders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. "Partner Offer" products may need an additional 48-72 hours prior to shipping. Customers may also arrange their own pick-up of the merchandise or of course pick-up in person if visiting us at our facility. Storage PolicyIf Via Trading is not handling your shipment or if you are ordering in person, please note that all orders must be picked up within 48 hours of payment. Via Trading reserves the right to dispose of merchandise that is not picked up in a timely manner, however we will always do our best to communicate with the customer prior to disposing of the merchandise. Sales PolicyAll goods must be paid for in full prior to shipment or pick-up. We do not offer C.O.D shipments. All goods are sold AS-IS & Where-IS In the liquidation industry, such AS-IS policies are common. In order to reduce costs and keep selling prices low, more often than not liquidated merchandise is bundled together and sold in bulk. Often, different product conditions will be mixed within the same load. Via Trading will either re-process these bulk loads in to smaller wholesale lots or offer them for sale in their entirety to customers. When working with assorted bulk or smaller wholesale lots it is often difficult to be specific about:
Via Trading nor its representatives make any guarantee or warranty of merchandise fitness or marketability. All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Small discrepancies in values or manifests should be expected. Shipping quotes are provided with minimal insurance – if you would like to request additional insurance please inform your Account Manager and/or add a note in the "special instructions" when submitting your order online so that we can provide you a quote with the increased insurance. As a courtesy, Via Trading can arrange shipping but responsibility remains with the buyer. Any claims for delays, merchandise lost in transit, or additional delivery charges incurred must be taken up directly with the carrier responsible. Via Trading exports goods around the world on a daily basis, however overseas buyers need to be aware that it is their responsibility to make sure that they can clear the goods through customs given the information that can be provided. Different countries have different policies in regards to custom duties, items that can legitimately be imported and the extent of detailed information required. Via Trading can provide you with a quote as well as any information we have available pertaining to the items in the order but we cannot be held responsible if the items cannot be cleared through customs. All customers need to read, agree to and sign our Conditions of Purchase prior to finalizing an order. The Conditions of Purchase will provide you with guidelines for selling department store liquidation merchandise (for example not being able to advertise the department store name or private label brands). Any physical or online discount coupon or promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion (ie: you cannot use a $50 OFF coupon in conjunction with a ‘Buy 1 get 1 Free Promotion’) Return PolicyPlease note all goods are sold As-Is and all sales are final. Via Trading does not offer any guarantees on the merchandise we offer and there are no exchanges or returns possible. Having said that, we are not perfect and unintentional mistakes can occasionally happen. If you ordered case of clothing and we shipped you a case of toys; However, if you ordered a load with 973 units, and you received 971 – then we will probably inform you that occasionally discrepancies do exist in manifests and one should take that in to account when working with such goods. If you ordered a customer return Kitchen Pallet and received some defective units, we will probably inform you that customer return pallets can and do include a percentage of defective units.
