Via Trading is a specialist wholesaler of liquidation merchandise servicing thousands of customers both in the USA and around the globe. We carry a wide range of liquidation products and supply individuals and businesses with products at a fraction of their original value. Family-owned and operated, we believe that no customer is too big or too small. Whether you spend $200 or $200,000 with us, we strive to provide you with the best service in the industry. We have no minimum order – just 1 case, pallet or lot of your choice.

We are open Monday through Friday and emails are monitored 24/7. Your emails will be replied to in a timely manner and you will always have a human to talk to when calling during business hours. We know that selecting a new wholesale supplier can be a tricky process and we would like facilitate it as much as possible. You are always welcome to call or email with any questions or concerns, and we look forward to working with you!

HOW TO REGISTER

Though you can browse most of our website and products without registering, in order to place an order, generate a shipping quote, set notification preferences, view manifests and more, you will need to register on our website. If you are visiting us in person and are not already registered –  you will be able to easily register on our touch-screen registration kiosks on arrival. Registration is Free, Quick & Easy – simply click on “My Account” link and select “Create New Account”. You will be asked to specify your email, select a password and enter some basic information. Please feel free to chat live, call or email us should you need any assistance with your registration.

HOW TO ORDER

Our aim is to make the process simple and easy when it comes to placing an order with us. Payment information and instructions will be sent to you based on your preferred method of payment. Via Trading does not accept online payments. If you are a new customer and the order is being shipped within CA, you will also receive a reseller’s permit form to complete if you have a reseller’s permit. If you do not have a reseller’s permit, you can still place your order and regular sales tax will apply. New customers will also receive our Conditions of Purchase agreement which you will need to read, agree to and sign. Orders can be placed:

In Person

We welcome customers to our facility. Visit our warehouse anytime during our business hours 5 days a week and purchase the merchandise in person. Own pick-up is available, or we can ship the products to you for an additional fee. To see more information about visiting our facility please click here.

Online

In order to place an order online you must first be registered on our website. Once registered simply browse through our product listings and select “add to cart” for items you wish to order – click here for more info. Once your order is submitted to us, your Account Manager will promptly be in touch to review the order with you and process it for shipment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All goods must be paid for in full prior to shipment or pick-up. We do not offer C.O.D shipments. A 3% fee applies to credit card and/or PayPal payments. Depending on the order amount, the types of goods being purchased and the destination of the goods, we may require additional information from you for the card holder’s protection. Any such requirements will be communicated to you by your Account Manager. Overseas orders cannot usually be paid by credit card. Via Trading reserves the right to refuse credit card payments for certain domestic orders. Checks and PayPal eCheck payments are accepted but your order will only ship after the payment clears.

SALES POLICY

Unless otherwise agreed all Orders must be paid in full within 48 hours. All Goods Sold AS-IS. Seller makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied and without limitations, of merchandise fitness or marketability. All Sales are Final. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges. Via Trading works with a variety of different product conditions & will always stand by our listings and aim to advertise products properly and as accurately as possible. Many of our Listings are un tested Customer Return Loads and as such the product conditions of the items inside the load can vary greatly.

In the liquidation industry, such AS-IS policies are common. In order to reduce costs and keep selling prices low, more often than not liquidated merchandise is bundled together and sold in bulk. Often, different product conditions will be mixed within the same load. Via Trading will either re-process these bulk loads in to smaller wholesale lots or offer them for sale in their entirety to customers. Some lots might be fully manifested down to the size and color while others might be partially manifested, just summarized or completely unmanifested. When working with assorted bulk or smaller wholesale lots it can be very challenging to be specific about:

  • The condition of all items
  • The number of units in any particular pallet or load
  • The exact retail or wholesale value of the lot
  • The manifest or list of items the load or pallet includes
  • The exact working rate or defective rate of the items
  • The exact size or color runs
  • The exact discrepancies to be expected

There is a real risk in purchasing customer returns and to a lesser extent, liquidation merchandise. Customers need to fully assume this risk prior to placing an order. We offer extremely competitive Domestic as well as a Global Shipping Rates. Own pick-up is also available – either in person or sending your carrier.

FACILITY VISITS

Via Trading welcomes and encourages customers to visit our Liquidation Facility during business hours. No appointment necessary & Ample parking as well as own Pick-Up is Available. Close to 800 pallets pass through our facility each day with many not being available for purchase online due to not having sufficient volume, not being able to set proper expectations, contractual obligations or other reasons. Customers who visit our facility can have a much larger selection of single pallets to choose from then what is listed online. We do have a couple of rules regarding visits to our facilities to ensure we maintain a safe a and efficient environment. You must register to visit our facility – but if you are not already registered you may do so in person.

STORAGE POLICY

Via Trading dos not offer storage services. All products must be picked up within 48 hours of being released if you are handling your own shipping. Via Trading reserves the right to dispose of merchandise that is not picked up in a timely manner, however we will always do our best to communicate with the customer prior to disposing of the merchandise.

RETURN POLICY

Return policy: Please note all goods are sold As-Is and all sales are final.

Via Trading does not offer any guarantees on the merchandise we offer and there are no exchanges or returns possible. Having said that, we are not perfect and unintentional mistakes can occasionally happen. If you ordered case of clothing and we shipped you a case of toys or if you ordered 250 units of cosmetics and received 200 – we will make up for that. If you ordered New Overstock merchandise and received Customer Returns in error – you will be fully compensated. However, if you ordered a load with 3,973 units, and you received 3,965 – then we will probably inform you that occasionally discrepancies do exist in manifests and one should take that in to account when working with such goods. If you ordered a customer return Kitchen Pallet and received some defective units, we will probably inform you that customer return pallets can and do include a percentage of defective units. If you ever have any issues or concerns with your orders, please do call or email us and we will always strive to resolve your issue quickly and fairly with the aim of making sure our customers are always satisfied in their experience dealing with us.

COUPON POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, any and all coupons found online, received by email, in print publications or handed out in person have the following conditions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

  • Non-transferable

SAFETY POLICY

Shipping quotes are provided with minimal insurance – if you would like to request additional insurance please inform your Account Manager and/or add a note in the “special instructions” when submitting your order online so that we can provide you a quote with the increased insurance. As a courtesy, Via Trading can arrange shipping but responsibility remains with the buyer. Any claims for delays, merchandise lost in transit, or additional delivery charges incurred must be taken up directly with the carrier responsible. Via Trading exports goods around the world on a daily basis, however overseas buyers need to be aware that it is their responsibility to make sure that they can clear the goods through customs given the information that can be provided. Different countries have different policies in regards to custom duties, items that can legitimately be imported and the extent of detailed information required. Via Trading can provide you with a quote as well as any information we have available pertaining to the items in the order but we cannot be held responsible if the items cannot be cleared through customs.

All customers need to read, agree to and sign our Conditions of Purchase prior to finalizing an order. The Conditions of Purchase will provide you with guidelines for selling department store liquidation merchandise (for example not being able to advertise the department store name or private label brands). Any physical or online discount coupon or promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion (ie: you cannot use a $50 OFF coupon in conjunction with a ‘Buy 1 get 1 Free Promotion’)
